Obama's adress on Libya

Interesting how Obama forgot to mention the Oil interests in that area.What about Darfur?And Syria?And Angola?Those countries too are victims of oppressing regimes and are fighting for there freedom.But I see no U.N. taking action there.Maybe because there's no oil there?
